Our custom home design process is designed to be collaborative and transparent.   

Step1:    We start with an initial consultation to discuss your ideas, whether you just know how many bedrooms you would like to have or if you have a  hand-sketched drawings or example plans you've seen online that just don't hit the mark, we can go from there and come up with a preliminary plan within a week or two,

Step 2:     We will provide preliminary designs for your review. After your feedback, we'll refine the designs, with revisions taking anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the complexity.

Step 3:     Once you're satisfied, we'll create standard construction prints, offering a final review for any last-minute changes before printing. With your approval, we'll print the plans to scale for bidding and construction and deliver them to you electronically in a crush-resistant tube for easy sharing.
